Isolated from her normal support networks and restricted in the ways she could celebrate the life of her father, Majella turned to writing to process her grief. This book faces head on that which is too often ignored: the reality of grief, its ebb and flow. Written in real time, A Grieving Daughter’s Heart catalogues in vivid detail Majella’s struggle to come to terms with her loss while experiencing the collective grief brought on by the worldwide pandemic, giving voice to the experience of so many.
