NORTH KERRY FOOTBALL
Brosna is a small parish in North Kerry. Our population of 1180 contains over 125 active players with many more volunteers and mentors. The value our Club has to our community is immeasurable. It’s where parents catch up while their children train. It’s a focus on match days for everyone in Brosna to meet one another as well as welcoming supporters from visiting Clubs across Kerry. There’s always a lot of banter with our fellow North Kerry Clubs but a real camaraderie too. There’s definitely something special about North Kerry football. It’s in our DNA.
WHY CLUBS MATTER
Never before has the value of sporting Clubs in Ireland held such a meaningful importance to so many. In the dark era of closed schools and social distancing, the only sighting of a human being on a given day was the friendly wave of a neighbour out for a daily walk around the GAA pitch.
As a Club we are investing in our community. And by purchasing a raffle ticket our extended community, is in turn, investing in us. We are looking to a future of health and well-being for everyone local or from abroad who step within the walls of Pairc na Feile, Brosna. Thanks for buying a share in the happiness of so many.
