The topic is Customer Experience and will be presented by Maura O’Neill Lynch of Nudge Sales Training. Maura will discuss the importance of understanding the Customer Experience.
Maura is a corporate trainer and an accredited life and business coach. She is the owner and programme developer at Nudge Sales Training.
Maura’s strong business background includes a wealth of experience in banking, B2B and recruitment. Maura also has extensive experience working in retail, including 8 years in Brown Thomas in Dublin across various key roles including Sales Consultant and the Lead In-House Sales & Customer Experience trainer for staff.
With proven leadership ability, managing and motivating teams, Maura has founded and managed multiple successful start-up ventures. She is an Advanced Coach Practitioner since 2011, a member of QCC, the only accredited continuing professional development coaching programme in Ireland. She is a strong advocate of continuous personal development.
