Dairymaster Employee Retires After Nearly half a Century of Service

Dairymaster marked the end of an era today (Friday 30th May) as it celebrates the retirement of one of its longest-serving employees, Stephen Pierse, who has dedicated an extraordinary 49 years to the company. 

Joining Dairymaster in the early days alongside founder Ned Harty, Stephen played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s production operations from the ground up. Over the decades, he has been at the heart of Dairymaster’s growth, helping transform it into a world leader in dairy technology.

As Production Manager, he led with integrity, precision, and an unwavering commitment to innovation and quality. His leadership and deep knowledge have left a lasting legacy, earning him the admiration of colleagues and customers alike.
