To mark its milestone 20th year in business, Irish convenience group, Gala Retail, has announced its biggest-ever investment in marketing at its annual conference, which took place at The Malton Hotel, Killarney. CEO of Gala Retail, Gary Desmond, revealed a €1 million commitment to marketing in 2018 as the Group continues to invest in the brand and rewards customers for choosing Gala over the past 20 years.
Attended by the majority of Gala retailers, the Annual Gala Retail conference was opened by a panel of sporting greats, including Tracey Piggott and former Munster player, Frankie Sheehan, with a keynote address by Consumer and Shopper Behaviouralist, Ken Hughes.
