Judges for Emerald Properties Best Dressed Man Competition for Listowel Races on Thursday 14th September are The Crimmins Triplets from Dundalk, who recently featured in Tommy Tiernan’s TV Show on RTE. They have also regularly featured on television and radio, are professional models and are the Worlds Most Identical Triplets.

“We’re delighted to be the sponsor of such an exciting event.” Commented Pat Lyons, of Emerald Properties, Construction & Property Rentals Listowel and Killarney. “This is our sixth year sponsoring the Best Dressed Man Competition, which has gone from strength to strength. Previously our other business East River, Mens, Ladies & Home Interior Store, Listowel was the sponsor, but due to planned expansion of our Property Arm, we felt it was an opportune time to promote this business. We are very grateful to the Directors of Listowel Racing Company allowing us to change the sponsorship name.”
“This year’s competition should be interesting, as Nicola, Laura and Alison will have to select approx. 50 Sharp Dressed Men from a packed race course, then select three finalists and mutually agree on the ultimate winner, sounds like it will be a lot of fun. Additionally racegoers in turn will have the added
difficulty in identifying the three ladies individually”.
To give racegoers some foresight Pat adviced the “its sharp dressed men that the judges will be looking for. Suits and jackets, classic or casual, ties or bow ties are mandatory”.
The Best Dressed Man competition has been permanently changed to the Thursday of the Races as well, hopefully giving two days of back-to-back fashion.
Emerald Properties have sponsored the competition to the tune of €1,000, the winner will receive €750, Runner up €150, and third Placed €100.
