Mary Woulfe, Athea, County Limerick was declared the Best Dressed Lady at the Listowel Races Ladies Day on Sunday 2nd of June. Judged by top TV and Radio Presenter Elaine Kinsella, Mary was presented with a cheque for €500 by David Fitzmaurice, Chairman of Listowel Race Company; a hamper from McGuires Pharmacy; designer earrings from Inish Designs and beauty products by Wow and Luna By Lisa. The two first runners-up were Emma Browne from Kenmare and Anne Leneghan, Kanturk, who both won €250 and a fabulous goodie bag from McGuires Pharmacy, Listowel. Large crowds enjoyed the beautiful summer weather and festive atmosphere that continues to ensure Listowel Races is the place to be over the June Bank Holiday Weekend. The overall winner Mary Woulfe was sustainably dressed wearing a gorgeous green Joanna Hope full A-line style dress she purchased online from ‘RaceWear and Guestwear secondhand clothing store on Facebook. She beautifully accessorised her look with a headpiece from Siobhan Boyce Millinery and Dune heels. Joint first runner-up Emma Browne was pretty in pink in a headpiece by Neidin Hats Kenmare and a beautiful embossed suit by French Connection accessorised with her grandmother’s brooch and sequinned pumps. Anne Leneghan was wearing a headpiece from Aisling Maher and a matching two-piece suit in a summer soft pink with Renaissance floral garden print. All 10 finalists received generous gift bags sponsored by McGuires Pharmacy Listowel, earrings by Inish Designs, beauty products by Wow and Luna by Lisa.
