TOM PA LOOKING TO GIVE SOMETHING BACK

1059

Tom Pa O’Connor who hails from Saleen Tarbert, is one of the most well-known and popular figures in greyhounds racing, especially in his native Kerry but he has a tough time of things in recent months. Tom has been fighting cancer but, thankfully, it seems to be a battle that he is winning.

It will come to no surprise to anyone that knows him as he never given the impression he would back away from a challenge. In an attempt to show his gratitude to all those that have helped him, Tom is looking to give something back and is asking for help with this very worthy cause. At this time of year, so many give generously to charity and Tom has set up a Go Fund Me page in attempt to raise vital funds for vital research, treatment and hospice care in Tralee University Hospital, Cork University Hospital and Milford Hospice.

Whether you have €5 or €5,000 to spare, please give something to this worthwhile appeal. A goal of €100,000 has been set but I’m sure Tom Pa and all that know him would be delighted if the appeal were to raise even more.
