Moyvane Parish are holding a fundraiser for Kerry Hospice at The Tinteán Theatre in Ballybunion on Sunday November 30th. Renowned musician Frank McNamara will perform on the night with help from his special guests including Tomás O’Shea (Riverdance), Anne Phelan (professional musician) and Megan Ruby Walsh (Celtic Women). Tomás This Christmas themed candlelight evening promises to be a very special event at the beautiful Tinteán Theatre.
The charity being supported is Palliative Care / Hospice, Tralee. They are building additional bedrooms, plus facilities for children and families. The cost of their project is six million. The aim of this concert is to raise €100,000 to go towards the new building. The organising committee are dealing hoping for as much support as possible to help their efforts.
In addition to the concert there will also be a mega fundraising draw. Prizes include a €3,000 holiday voucher from JWT, 2 nights plus evening meal for 2 in The Europe Hotel, 2 nights plus evening meal for 2 in The Ashe Hotel, 1 nights plus evening meal for 2 in The Brehon, Afternoon Tea for 2 at The Great Southern Hotel, Afternoon Tea for 2 in The Aghadoe Heights Hotel.
Tickets for the concert are €30 and tickets for the draw are €10.
