The launch of POWER BANK, in conjunction with the A.I.B. Build A Bank Challenge took place on Monday January 15th. The event was made extra special by the appearance of a very special guest, Aidan OMahony, who officially opened the bank.

Aidan spoke to the power bank team about his experiences in various competitions, from the football pitch to the dance floor. He gave them brilliant tips on how to manage their nerves and build their confidence levels for such important events.

St. Josephs Secondary School would like to extend a huge thank you to Aidan for making this event such a memorable and special day. The school would also like to thank A.I.B Listowel for all of their assistance and continued support. The POWER BANK team now go on to compete at the A.I.B. Build A Bank Challenge Regional Competition in Cork on February 5th.
