Win a Honda Civic for a Year Plus cash prize fund in excess of €6,000

The overall winner of the McElligotts Honda Ladies Day on Friday 14th of September at the Listowel Harvest Racing Festival will win an all new and super stylish Honda Civic for a year plus a cheque for €3,000. Details of the amazing first prize were announced by John Galvin, Chairman, Listowel Race Company and Patrick McElligott, Managing Director, McElligotts Tralee at a photo call to officially launch the McElligotts Honda Ladies Day at Listowel Race Course. The head judge is actress, presenter and media personality Aoibhín Garrihy assisted by Fashion Stylist and TV personality Marietta Doran. This is the fourth year of the McElligotts Honda sponsorship and in addition to the all new Honda Civic with €3,000 cash for the Best Dressed Lady, there are also prizes for the Jazziest Headpiece, Most Iconic Lady, Most Stylish Young Racer and Most Stylish Selfie! PLUS new this year is the Best Dressed Stable Groom Prize. Last year the McElligotts Honda Ladies Day attracted a record crowd of over 29,000, confirming it as one of the most popular and stylish events on the Irish racing and fashion calendar. The Annual 7 day Listowel Harvest Racing Festival runs from Sunday 9th to Saturday 15th of September 2018.

The winner of the McElligott’s Honda Best Dressed Lady will receive the all new Honda Civic for a year plus a cash prize of a cheque for €3,000. The first runner up will receive a cheque for €1,000 and second runner up a cheque for €500. In addition, Listowel Races are sponsoring a prize of €300 for the most Stylish Young Racer under 25 years of age, with second prize of €200, and third prize of €100. The winners of the McElligott’s Honda Jazziest Headpiece will receive a cheque for €500; the McElligott’s Honda Most Iconic Woman will receive a cheque for €300 and the McElligott’s Honda Most Stylish Selfie will receive €300. The new category, the Best Dressed Stable Groom, will receive a cheque for €300. The Most Glamorous Young Racer, the Most Stylish Selfie and the Best Dressed Stable Groom are open to entry from both male and female racegoers.
