Did you know that Knitting offers numerous benefits, acting as a form of moving meditation that reduces stress, anxiety, and depression by lowering cortisol and heart rate, while improving mood, focus, and sleep?

We are delighted to introduce a new Knitting & Crochet to Listowel Library.
The group will meet weekly in the Library on Wednesdays from 11.00 am- 12.00 pm.

No need to book, just bring your needles and wool and come along. The first meeting will be on Wednesday 4th February and weekly from then onwards.
