Natural Gas is coming to Listowel

1979

‘Gas to Listowel’ is a €20m project which will see Listowel connected to the existing natural gas network. Construction work is due to commence in early June to build the 41km Feeder Main natural gas pipeline from Barrigone, Co Limerick, passing through Ballyhahill, Co Limerick and Moyvane to Listowel town. Local gas distribution networks will be constructed in Ballyhahill, Moyvane and Listowel town. Construction of the local gas distribution network in Listowel town, comprising approximately 9km of gas pipelines, will follow work on the Feeder Main and is scheduled to begin later in 2017.

Delivered by our highly-experienced construction team, the Gas to Listowel project will facilitate both domestic and commercial connections to customers along the route and within the town.

You are inviteed to an information evening on the ‘Gas to Listowel’ Project  at the Listowel Arms Hotel (Feale Room), Listowel on Tuesday, 23rd May, 2017 at 6pm.

It’s aim is to provide as much information as possible on the project to key stakeholders and business owners in the town and surrounding areas. We would welcome an opportunity to outline our construction programme and to provide information for those interested in using natural gas in the commercial and residential sectors. You will also have the opportunity to meet with some of our Project Team, who will be closely associated with the project and will be available to answer any queries you may have.

Light refreshments will be available following the event.
